  • 2 oz Xplorer Bourbon Whiskey (High Rye)

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ oz honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a lemon twist.
