Recipe:
2 oz Xplorer Bourbon Whiskey (High Rye)
½ oz simple syrup (or 1 tsp sugar)
Fresh mint leaves (4–6 leaves)
Crushed ice
Garnish: mint sprigMethod: Gently muddle mint and sugar, fill cup with crushed ice, add bourbon, stir until cup frosts, top with more ice and garnish.
